Well, that’s a loaded question. See there are (right now) a total of 18 different forums, but some of them are parked private.

Anyone dropping by as a Guest can only see the public forums. Right now those are the FAQs, some of the Coupon forums, and they have Read Only access to the Who Me? section. But only the Parents and Students have access to the Student information.

Members can only see the private forums they have been assigned to see. So joining as a member will not get you into the Student or Parent forums either.
